Does the main site address work www.goldenpalacepoker.com? Maybe GoldenPalace poker are blocking either your IP or or your ISP? Sorry - don't really know what else to suggest......I've looked through their FAQ, but there's nothing listed there that seems relevent... If you want to email them (I'm assuming you can't get into GoldenPalace at all) then their email is [email protected]. If you want to phone them, then the number is 00800 0707 4507 - I believe (though it doesn't say) that this is a Europewide freephone code........ At least we know that you can get to the site, and if all else fails, you will at least be able to make the freeroll. I do want to know why it doesn't work now though!!!! Ok i tried telling golden palace that i had uninstalled the software, but they said that i had to close my blue square account before i could get a real money account . unfortunately at blue square (maybe other places as well....I don't know ........... I have never tried to empty an account before) poker winnings are held for 72hrs or something like that. Hi guys, abit late i know as the registration is only hours away, but only just seen this thread. A little trick a friend emailed me was this, to set up multiple accounts with the party skins. He says it also may well work with other skins to use multiple accounts, might of already the idea paul had, but no harm in trying it anyway. 1. Go to the control Panel and delete all programs of any Golden Palace skins 2. Manually delete any files that remain, and folders that you can find related to Golden Palace, Blue Square etc ( I say etc. as i am not very sure what else belongs to this network) 3. Run REGEDIT, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER and then SOFTWARE, and delete any file that is related to Golden Palace, BLue Square, or whatever other skins i.e Delete the whole Blue Square folder in this case. 4. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE-> Calculator , go there and delete the UCID file. Then do are restart, another manual search for any files that may still exist to do with Golden Palace, Blue Square etc. Then try signing up with another email addy that hasnt been used for poker before, and see what happens. THIS DEFINATELY WORKS FOR THE PARTY SKINS i've done this before quite a few times to bouns whore, although i have not tried it for this purpose, as i never had any account related to Golden Palace, so try it if you wish. Although i would advise you have to be confident with computers to bother trying this. If it dosn't work in this case, hopefully you might be able to use it you want to set up multiple accounts in the future ;) I never had any problems, but don't delete anything if you are worried/ not sure what you are doing, or don't delete anything that i didn't say to delete! Thanks for that PompeyPunt - very useful info for PartyPoker, even if it doesn't work for Golden Palce (tribeca) network.:clap Paul and I did look into everything we could to try and find ways round it - I had a fiddle with the registry, but couldn't find anything (by the way - anyone out there thinking of using Regedit should definitely be very careful!!!) - it seems that they are using some kind of information to identify you (hardware MAC addresses?) and so can only reset it centrally to allow you to reregister.... Still, if anyone tries this and has any luck, please let us know - and I'll be bookmarking it for Partypoker as well - will certainly come in useful at some point.......
