Betfair are impossible to get hold of and here in Denmark their support staff don't understand what I'm talking about. I downloaded a Betfair price file for 29/11 which is supposed to give me all the results details including Betfair SP. Some of the prices are incomprehensible. For example, the winner of the 15:10 at Southwell, Queen of Kalahari, the Betfair SP is given as 416.882.565.320.073. Anyone know what to make of that? Or does anyone have a contact email address for Betfair? On their website It's given as [email protected] but my attempts to use that address are rejected every time by their mail server.
