Skybet Withdrawals

New member here, after some advice. Never had a problem with Skybet before, bank transfer withdrawals usually arrive in my account within 48hrs.  On September 24th, I withdrew £750 in the usual manner.  It still hasn't reached my account.  I have had a long chat with Sky going (pasted below). Anyone ever had this problem before or now?

In regards to your withdrawal, all withdrawals whether via manual withdrawal or bank transfer take up to 5 working days to be received. This payment was made on the 25th and the 5th working day would be 2nd October. Hey Sky. I'm getting a tad nervous about my withdrawal........

 

 

We can certainly appreciate that Lee, but withdrawals can take up to 5 working days, this is simply standard banking procedure, and today is still the 4th working day.

 

 

I understand that, withdrawals previously have never taken this long, usually just a day or two. Weird though.

Okay Lee, thank you for making us aware. There is still till the end of this day for this to be received by yourself. In regards to a withdrawal, after the 5 working days are complete, the next time we would be able to do anything further for yourself would be on the 10th working day, the bank would send to us a receipt for proof of this payment and this is something that we can then share with yourself to assist you in chasing this up with your bank. Sorry for the inconvenience of this.

Hi again. It hasn't arrived again today. Can I check it has been paid into the account that all my recent withdrawals have successfully been paid into please?

 

 

Thanks for your patience Lee. We have checked the payment and it appears to be in a pending state, this is due to a delay with bank transfers Our finance team have advised they're working on getting this issue resolved and the funds released ASAP. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Thanks. This has been a week, never had a problem before and I would say Skybet is the fastest to withdraw anywhere! How long do you expect this to take please?

We don't currently promote Skybet due to unethical behaviour which affected a lot of small businesses. It's pretty poor of Skybet to be taking so long to process a withdrawal regardless of issues as there's plenty of ways to get the money to you. The very least they should be doing is giving you a free bet or some kind of compensation to keep you happy. However, Skybet have become a law unto their own and yesterday got bought by PaddyPower/Betfair, so we'll see how that pans out too!
