Fader
pre-major tournament in its 2nd year at Trinity Forest. Aaron Wise won this last year, beating Leishman by 3 shots. With a winning score of -23 it's obvious that there are plenty of birdie opportunities here. Players who are long should do well here and perhaps not necessary to be too accurate with the chances from the tee. Koepka is a short price this week but he sat this out last year at the new location and ofcourse he is a different animal in these events as he is to the big majors. Not for me. Spieth is my first pick this week. A local platform for him here and as mentioned you don't need to be too accurate from the tee, which bodes well for his current weakness. I'll also take a handful of big priced outsiders. Mitchell has done well here last year (T3) and an 8th in the Fargo Wells. Howell is another one who has gone well here last year (T9) and is a big price this week. Kevin Na was T6 here last year and T5 in the Match-play this year. He also managed a T10 at Harbour Town. Ryan Palmer and Scotty Scheffler are 2 picks that are local guys. Palmer ofcourse got that win with Rahm and has been rested since then. 11th in GIR whilst Scheffler has multiple T10s recently. Finally Jimmy Walker T6 last year and on his day is match for anybody. 1pt E/W J.Spieth to win Byron Nelson 18/1 boylesports (Paying 8)0.5pts E/W K.Mitchell to win Byron Nelson 30/1 boylesports (Paying 8)0.75pts E/W C.Howell to win Byron Nelson 50/1 Coral (Paying 7 places) 0.5pts E/W K.Na to win Byron Nelson 40/1 betfair (Paying 8 places) 0.5pts E/W R.Palmer to win Byron Nelson 60/1 betfair (Paying 8 places) 0.5pts E/W S.Scheffler to win Byron Nelson 66/1 betfair (Paying 8 places) 0.5pts E/W J.Walker to win Byron Nelson 80/1 betfair (Paying 8 places)
