Anyone else be glad when January is finished??

Everlanes 7/1 EW bet365

Decent card at Kempton at least and although a few races look to be going to the favourites I think there may be some vale in the last race with Everlanes. She switched yards at the start of this season and after a break ran well to be second at Exeter which was probably a personal best at the time. Next time on soft ground she was second at Hereford in a Class 3 race only beaten 2 lengths.
Last time out she was 6th of 16 on Boxing Day and that form looks pretty solid in the context of this event and I think the ground and track are ideal, looks a fair EW bet.

CARAS WAY who showed the benefit of a switch of stables to win at Doncaster last time,can follow up here under a four pound penalty.
The selection survived a serious blunder when winning that day,coming through to challenge at the last and keeping on well on the run in.Only a six year old with just the four runs to date over timber,there should be better to come..

LOUGH DERG SPIRIT won a small field novice event on chasing debut at Wetherby In October following a 167 day break,but didn't follow that up when a disappointing 3/1 favorite at Kempton on Boxing Day.
   This looks like another example of the "bounce" factor coming into force,and as such we are now offered odds against the Nicky Henderson trained gelding racing here in lesser company than he beat at Wetherby. Formerly a useful hurdler,his chance looks obvious...
