Betfair odds out of sequence system?

Did I dream this or Is there a system which uses the Betfair odds noting any runner that is out of sequence such as

Horse A 2.86

Horse B 4.75

Horse C 10.00

Horse D 6.00

Horse E 16.00

The horse to note would be Horse D, if I didn't dream this what is the system?

No idea about this, never heard of anything.

Have noticed the odd one out of sequence but isn't that only when one has been attracting a lot of money and shortens dramatically not long before the off? I'm sure if it happens earlier in the day it will automatically get re-sorted after a certain amount of time.
