The 4yo colt won three of his four starts last season; his only defeat was in the Guineas behind Gleneagles. He ended up with a comfortable victory in the Rose Of Lancaster Stakes at Haydock and was a much-improved horse by the end of 2015. This season hasn’t really got going yet and his only start was in Meydan when he was well backed but ultimately well-beaten in a Group 1 contest. He looks well up to this grade and connections would be disappointed if he couldn’t get his year up and running and then move on to better things.
