Tote Scoop6 – Saturday 30th April

The last remaining ticket went out on the 5th leg last week meaning we have a rollover and a starting Win Fund of £170,791 in this weeks Tote Scoop6. The Young Master won the Bet365 Gold Cup at Sandown but he eluded our two Bonus players and that fund has now reached a whopping £1,412,877.

2.30 Newmarket: Palace House Stakes

Verdict:

The 6lb penalty that Sole Power has to carry might not be enough to stop him winning his third Palace House Stakes. He has shown already this year that he is as good as ever with a fine third out in Dubai. Ryan Moore teams up with him again here and that could be the key to another famous victory. Jungle Cat has to be respected but is drawn very wide, the same comment applies to the improving Waady. It’s a big field but I don’t think many are actually in with a shout and for that reason I’m prepared to give Sole Power the nod despite his advancing years in this lesser grade.

Selection: Sole Power EW @ 7/1 Betfair
