gazzyg Posted June 5, 2005 Share Posted June 5, 2005 Very keen on Berlin Thunder (-4) 5/6 against Cologne 4-0 at home Berlin proud of their ( 11 I think home game winning streak) v a Cologne team possibly down from losing the chance to go to the World Bowl with a surprising loss to a poor Rhein Fire team last week at home. The Berlin team seem to be quality players very focussed and unlike the Amsterdam team yesterday who's players all talked of the final and going home to US (then lost their game) the Berlin team seem focussed on this last league game and beating the one of only two teams to beat them this year. These players and coaches recognise the value of going into the final on a high most of the coaches and about a dozen team members were in the winning team last year...like the Football playoffs teams relaxing after they've qualified for the final struggle to get that momentum an rhythm back.
