Just the latest names of a long list of potential suitors, might come to nothing and unclear as to whether they would take over the whole Bwin/Party or just Bwin brand. Bart(UK) Posted July 17, 2015 Author Share Posted July 17, 2015 Confirmation today that 888 Holdings have won the takeover battle for Bwin/Party, valuing the latter at £898m and follows shortly after the sale of the WPT tour & brand by Bwin/Party to Ourgame, a Hong Kong listed social gaming company.
