One of the shrewdest trainers in the game can be a certain Mr Brian Ellison, he sends out just the one sole runner to Bangor and if you can overlook this 7yr old's zero wins from 6 starts it could just pay to follow him today. The gelding only has the one sole start this year coming home 9th beating only one horse home over 2m 4f at Southwell, he was far too keen that day but some cash did come for him so fully deserves another chance, he's up in trip today so Mr Ellison clearly has some faith in him with regard to sending out the lone horsebox, jockey Garry Lavery gets the leg up for the first time and his last 6 rides for B.E read 1445PU2 Its a very weak looking Class 5 and a big difference in prize money for 2nd - 3rd - 4th and 4th will not even cover the round trip in Diesel. Trainer Malcolm Smith's runner goes well here coming home 2nd and then winning last time out and does rate a very live Danger! 5:20 Bangor - March Seventeenth. Danger - Pennies & pounds
