Re: Sky Bet Championship > September 13th & 14th Cardiff +0 (AH) v Norwich @ 1.925 Bet365 (4 Points) i think these two sides will both be in the top 6 come May and on paper I'd say they've probably got the best squads in the championship. Norwich are perhaps the slightly more settled side of the two so far as I don't think Solksjaer yet knows what his best side is. But it's clear to see I think these are two fairly evenly matched teams. As such I think the Bluebirds should be a shorter price here because of the home advantage. On a draw no bet line I wouldn't make them any higher than 1.80 at very best. Either team can win this on the day but with the home advantage, I think Cardiff are clearer favourites than the odds are suggesting. With that in mind I am more than happy to back them on the draw no bet line.

Re: Sky Bet Championship > September 13th & 14th Should be an interesting game. I watched our win at Ipswich and we were outstanding, best Norwich performance in recent memory. Defended well, even after losing one of our centre backs a few minutes in, and could have had five or six goals in the end. We did well at Wolves too, which is a hard place to go. Good luck with your bet.

Re: Sky Bet Championship > September 13th & 14th I think we (Norwich) are due one over Cardiff. We only got 1 point from the 2 games against Cardiff last season in the Premier League, drawing 0-0 at home and doing everything but putting the ball in the net, and losing 2-1 away despite being 1-0 up and in control, to then give away 2 goals due to poor defensive errors. We should and could have got 6 points from Cardiff last season but only gained 1. I'm usually a very pessimistic fan but I am cautiously optimistic about this game and would perhaps opt for Norwich DNB, as I could see this game ending in a draw.

Re: Sky Bet Championship > September 13th & 14th 3pts Birmingham to beat Leeds 6/5 Ladbrokes I’m not sure Birmingham should ever be as short as 6/5 to win a match but I do think they will win this match so on this occasion I’m going to ignore the lack of value and take what I think will be a clear winner. There doesn’t seem to be any plan to anything Leeds have done so far this season and while Birmingham are nothing special at least they are settled and that can be the difference here. Might be biased on my part (although I do usually tip against Leeds) but I think we'll win tomorrow. Birmingham have 1 win in their last 20 home games, seem a weaker squad than last year and haven't set the world alight just yet. Whilst Leeds are still searching for a new manager, caretaker boss Neil Redfearn is no stranger to this position. Oversaw our 1-0 win over Bolton, and has a decent squad of players to pick from now; if Adryan lives up to his hype, he'll be far too good for this division. I'm expecting a tight affair with under 2.5 (only 1 of our league games has had overs) but I think Leeds will nick it, 1 or 2-0.

Re: Sky Bet Championship > September 13th & 14th Dougie Freedman will tell you his team have been unlucky, but every time they play i expect them to somehow find a way to lose. They just don't seem up to the task in these early season games. In contrast the Yorkshire club have two away wins already and will never get an easier chance to make it three.Royston Drenthe has recently signed for Wednesday, not bad if the game is tied and you can bring him on.It seems he has had a falling out with his old Reading boss, and might feel he has something to prove.Bolton's poor form coupled with Sheffield Wednesday's away form makes a small bet worth a risk.Away win Bet 365 19/10.

Re: Sky Bet Championship > September 13th & 14th Charlton v Watford: Over 2.5 Goals @ 1.90 WillHill (6 Points) Really surprised to see this at reasonable odds. Just at first sight this game looks like it will have goals in it. On closer inspection I discovered 7/10 Charltons last championship home games have gone over, whilst 8/10 of Watfords last away league games also gone over. A pure stats based bet which suggests the odds of goals in this game are much greater than the odds on offer. Its a pretty strong bet for me here.

Re: Sky Bet Championship > September 13th & 14th 4pts N.Forest vs Derby - Over 2.5 goals 10/11 William Hill Forest have started this season really well and must be full of confidence right now but Derby are no pushovers so this should be a great game. Even though Forest have kept three clean sheets in their last three I think we’ll see a few goals in this game. Both sides have great attacking units and there is a lack of pace in both defences so I like over 2.5 goals here.
