kevshat
Re: Nordea Masters > May 29th - June 1st Tournament preview: 1pt ew S.Lowry to win Nordea Masters 33/1 BetVictor (1/4 1-5) One man who comes into this tournament on a high is Shane Lowry. He was an unexpected runner up at Wentworth last week and qualified for the US Open on Monday so he must be buzzing right now. With the wind likely to sweep across a course that is open the elements this week could have a links feel about it. Lowry has mentioned that the course resembles some he’s played on in Ireland so it should suit him nicely and at 33/1 I think the Irishman looks good value this week. kevshat
Re: Nordea Masters > May 29th - June 1st Top Englishman preview: 2pts ew C.Wood Top Englishman 15/2 Ladbrokes (1/4 1-4) Chris Wood is one of the favourites in this market but that is entirely justified. He has a good record around links courses and he is in good form going into this week. Only two people hit more greens in regulation than Wood in a strong field at Wentworth last week which bodes well for him as conditions were a bit rough there and on these easier greens he should feature much more prominently on the leaderboard. kevshat
Re: Nordea Masters > May 29th - June 1st Top Continental European preview: 1pt ew A.Quiros Top Continental European 40/1 Stan James (1/4 1-4) Alvaro Quiros has a decent enough record around links courses and he is in the top 20 in greens in regulation on the European Tour this season which is perhaps surprising. There isn’t the premium on being straight off the tee this week which should help the Spaniard. Quiros was in good form up until his last two events but they were on tight courses which don’t suit his game. This wide open one should which makes him a big price to be the top Continental European.
