Beating the NISA

April and time for your new cash ISA. From 6th of April you can put in £5940 and then increase it in the new NISA to £15k from the 1st of July, all well and good if you have a spare £15k lying around in your sock drawer.(which I guess your average person hasnt) If you put in the full allocation in a top NISA you will earn around £250 in a year :eyes . So Im going to try my own sort of Home Bargains/Poundland version. Ive worked out I need to start with £500, this would mean I need to increase the bank by around 3.5% a month to beat the return from a NISA. Can it be done?, I dont know but its worth a try, nothing ventured nothing gained, so here goes. :hope All bets will be with BOG books I have accounts with. 1 for today Kemp 2.50 Bustopher @ 11/10 Hills 10pts win
