Re: Serie A > February 1st & 2nd JUVENTUS v INTER Want to get this up early as price will drop. The walls are crumbling around inter and they are playing poor quality matches vs poor quality teams. At the weekend they served up some nice rubbish at home to Catania finishing 0-0. The fans are wailing and there is tension and frustration at the club. For Catania that was like a victory in their fight for survival and even Bergessio missed a golden opportunity. Inter are in a results crisis. Mazzarri doesn't know what to do about his young team and has turned to criticising the fans. They have now lost 4 of their last 5 away in all comps:

Mon 25/11/13 SEA Bologna 1 - 1 Internazionale View events More info

Mon 16/12/13 SEA Napoli 4 - 2 Internazionale View events More info

Tue 07/01/14 SEA Lazio 1 - 0 Internazionale View events More info

Fri 10/01/14 COI Udinese 1 - 0 Internazionale View events More info

Mon 20/01/14 SEA Genoa 1 - 0 Internazionale View events

Juve going down to 10 men vs Lazio didn't stop them from trying everything to win the game in Rome and take 3 points. Truly a champion mentality to have. Speaks volumes about what inter are about to face here at Juventus stadium. NB: In all comps Inter have scored 1 goal on their last 5 matches (home & away) at home to Chievo. Juve had a bad week getting booted from Italian cup and then losing Buffon early on against Lazio to ruin the match for them. Roma beat Hellas Verona to compound the pain and now the gap is only 6 points at the top of the standings. Juve have nice big rest periods between the next few matches and can regroup for Inter and prepare well. I can see Juve coming out in beast mode and teaching Inter a lesson here even more so beacause it's inter, and they would take more pleasure in it than if it was say Livorno or the like. Juve are 1.44 to continue their 100% home record but the -1 AH is a big 1.75 and I think they're more than capable here. Juve a dynamic and dangerous with the ball while Inter will flail around like a freshly caught snapper and wait to be put out of their misery. Juventus -1 AH 1.75 most books :ok

Re: Serie A > February 1st & 2nd I was looking on the Juve forums, they sure don't like Inter do they? :lol..Presume Chiellini is back for this game, the defence looked vulnerable against Lazio in the air without him. Game is already sold out and I can see Juve really dominating the midfield, Marchisio should keep his place ahead of Pirlo imo as he has looked good in recent games and Llorente has really come into form. The whole Vucinic/Guarin saga has added a bit of spice too, remains to be seen whether Vucinic joins Inter as talks have apparently reopened. Juventus -1.0AH - 1.75 - 32red - 10 Points

Re: Serie A > February 1st & 2nd

The whole Vucinic/Guarin saga has added a bit of spice too, remains to be seen whether Vucinic joins Inter as talks have apparently reopened.
This is another factor in favour of Juve. Guarin is one of Inter's best midfielders and they were willing to swap him for Vucinic???????? who is these days a fill in striker in Turin. Guarin is young and energetic and Vucinic's best days are behind him. This is good for this bet because it's reported that Guarin's future at Inter is "up in the air" and he was sat out of the Catania game. The Inter fans went and protested about the swap deal to the president and that I believe is one of the reasons it fell through. So we have tension between the fans and the new Indonesian president, the coach Mazzarri pleading with fans not to give his matches the silent treatment (catania match wast mostly silent) because his players are "under pressure", and the possible further omission of Guarin which is a much bigger loss to Inter than Vucinic is to Juve. This is a real club in CRISIS. Full of young players, low on confidence, at a club with huge expectations, Mazzarri not getting his way with transfer requests, and now they must go away to a superior team with a 100% record who hates their guts....:eek

Re: Serie A > February 1st & 2nd :loon Good news Cambiasso out! http://forzaitalianfootball.com/2014/01/inters-cambiasso-to-miss-juventus-clash/ Heart and soul of an otherwise inexperienced team is out. Also by the sounds of it and the fact he was sat out vs Catania, Freddy Guarin may be sat out again due to the controversy. http://forzaitalianfootball.com/2014/01/guarin-wants-respect-from-inter/

Re: Serie A > February 1st & 2nd

Any thoughts on Fiorentina at 2.45? Odds seem very high to me but I haven't watched them since Rossi's injury so I have no idea how they are coping up front. Cagliari lost their best player to Roma' date=' Nainggolan and have lost all their games since albeit against a few good sides. Anyone have some thoughts?[/quote'] Fiorentina has a very good system of play since Montella arrived, but they are not so fortunate with injuried players. Apart from the acquision of Rossi that was a bet of the club, knowing the tremendous injuries he sustained over the last 3 years, and however this bet was won if it was not for a not so correct foul from the back by a Livorno defender, they have practically missed for all season the big name Gomez, now also Valero is out, even if very near to return to play. Borja V. has been outstanding this season and also last term; however Fiorentina is still there, chasing for the 3 spot, and playing muche better than Napoli if you ask me. Cagliari has lost Naingolan and this is a blow, but they will put out everything today. They will miss important Ibarbo upfront and Cossu, so they will play Sau Pinilla, very fast players. Fiorentina is generally overall better for me in every part of the field, but Cagliari is a bad place for Violets. But resuming a stake of 3 for Fiorentina is a good choice IMO! GL!!!

Re: Serie A > February 1st & 2nd What an awful Fiorentina Yesterday... but they are unlucky with missings, also Cuadrado cannot play for them, and add the fact that Valero entered but was surely not 100%, a bad da from other key player and you have the broken eggs served. Today I decided to go with Catania-Livorno 1 @1,90 stake 6 WH What can we say apart from all that everyone i suppose already know here. Catania has a lot of pression here, but are at full strength, and the last time it was so, they won against Bologna that i rate a little superior comparing to Livorno. Tuscanian outfit away are practically awful, even if this is the match for them where they will want or think sure they can grab something. However they have 2 missings in Coda 15/0 and Grieco in midfield 19/3 even if they will have new signings Mesnah on the left side. Catania at full strenght, only Alvarez 14/0 def/mid is out, after the good draw at Inter last week this is one of the very last call. Pitch and weather are good now, it has rained but field was covered and I have read that it is in good conditions. Lodi-Barrientos-Bergessio-Castro screams quality IMO and stadium will be very hot today. Let's go with Rosa Azzurri today!!!

Re: Serie A > February 1st & 2nd Struggling to see why Verona are as big as 11/5 to win away at Sassuolo? Yes they have a poor away record (2-2-6-15-20) but away at teams in the bottom half they are 2-1-1-7-4. They have also lost their last 3 but these have been against Roma, Milan and Napoli. Sassuolo have 1 win in 7 and have only actually scored in 2 of those 7 games. Recommened Bet Verona to beat Sassuolo @ 11/5 Bet365, Coral

Re: Serie A > February 1st & 2nd

i watch catania game,it was lucky draw for them...Before game i thought that this is game where catania will get 3 points and start getting out of relegation zone but now when i saw this game i don't think that they deserve to play in seria a

Re: Serie A > February 1st & 2nd

I was looking on the Juve forums, they sure don't like Inter do they? :lol..Presume Chiellini is back for this game, the defence looked vulnerable against Lazio in the air without him. Game is already sold out and I can see Juve really dominating the midfield, Marchisio should keep his place ahead of Pirlo imo as he has looked good in recent games and Llorente has really come into form. The whole Vucinic/Guarin saga has added a bit of spice too, remains to be seen whether Vucinic joins Inter as talks have apparently reopened. Juventus -1.0AH - 1.75 - 32red - 10 Points WON
Not had a good weekend but this was a winner, pretty comfortable but for the last 25 minutes when Inter strung some attacking moves together, too late by then.
