Re: Celtic v Ajax > Tuesday October 22nd Some information about ajax. Ajax not in great form last week they played 1-1 against rivals Twente but first halve ajax were terrible. Few players a out of form and lack self confidence. After the cheap penalty from milan, ajax cannot afford to loose this one. Probarly line up will be, Cillissen, V Rhijn, Moisander, Denswill, Blind, Poulsen, De jong, Serero, Fischer, Sigthorsson, Andersen. As right winger also Schone or de Sa could play instead of Andersen a young Danish talent. The return of Pousen and Moisander is good for Ajax because they will need all the experience in the team tonight. Duarte is still out but serero will replace him not a big miss. Goals should be a good bet, ajax defence not that stable. Defending the set pieces and corner kicks from Celtic will be hard with no big defenders. But ajax is playing a sort of football, celtic is not used to play against i think in Scotland, Ajax likes to have to ball and play around. In addition celtic is missing some important players. Veltman or Vd Hoorn could replace him, Veltman is a good player at the ball but is too short. Vd Hoorn is struggling to adapt at Ajax after his summer transfer from Utrecht but is a strong header maybe that better against Celtic.
