kevshat
The European Tour heads to Scotland this week for the Johnnie Walker Championship from Gleneagles. No doubt there will be lots of Ryder Cup 2014 talk during the week but there should be some good golf too. All things Gleneagles in here :ok. kevshat
Re: Johnnie Walker Championship 22-25 Aug Tournament preview: 1pt ew S.Dyson to win Johnnie Walker Championship 28/1 William Hill (1/4 1-5) One man who has been in form this year is Simon Dyson. He has finished in the top 12 in his last three starts and the signs in each one have been that he is coming back to his best golf. He has four top 20 finishes at Gleneagles in his last six starts and one of the two which wasn’t a top 20 finish was last year when his form had completely deserted him. With his form showing signs of returning and a game which suits this course, Dyson could well be too good for this field. kevshat
Re: Johnnie Walker Championship 22-25 Aug Top Continental Euro preview: 1pt ew R.Cabrera-Bello Top Continental European Player 14/1 Stan James (1/4 1-4) Rafael Cabrera-Bello has been high up on the leaderboard in a few bigger events than this over the course of the last few weeks but he hasn’t quite been able to ram home that good start. He has the game to go well on this course though and is hitting the ball well so this could be the week he makes a real impact on the second half of 2013. RCB hits straight and like all Spaniard’s has a good short game and at 14/1 he’s a fair bet to lead the Continental Europeans home here.
