Re: US PGA Golf Championship (Aug 8th-11th) Heres my preview for this week: Phil Mickelson To win @ 17.00 Bet365 Adam Scott To win @ 19.00 Paddy These two might be pretty obvious to most but my feeling is that this week the big guns will run the show and at the moment Mickelson is in fine form as he showed with wins at the British and Scottish Opens, which were both pretty tough courses. He's showed he has adapted his game to play anywhere and I'm happy to take him at this price given the way he's been playing. Adam Scott is a major specialist, it seems he saves his best for the majors and after winning this years masters and his 3rd at the British open it just shows he's as hungry as ever to take them down. Ian Poulter EW (Top 6 1/4) @ 56.00 Bet365 I'm a big fan of Poults and I'd love to see him win this week. He managed a 3rd last year and has managed to make the cut here 9 times out of the 13 he's played in. If he can make a few early birdies and get to the top of the leaderboard early, I reckon the other top guns could be in with a hard task this week with Poulter about. I'm a big believer that he's not far off from winning a major and I'll continue backing him in them whilst he's playing good stuff. Love the price on him this week aswel I thought he would come in at around 40s so some good value for me here too. Brooks Koepka EW (Top 6 1/4) @ 301.00 StanJames Bit of a long shot for me here, whilst he doesn't have much experience he does make up for in quality. He's won 4 times on the challenge tour in the last year only turning pro after last years US Open. What really impressed with with this lad was his T12 at the Scottish Open, with a good start on the European tour the price looks a little big here.
