His best recent runs have come after a break so 3 months off not a worry. You only have to go back 7 months to find him 7l behind Silviniaco Conti, 4 1/2l behind Long Run, and a Sh hd behind The Giant Bolster! That form looks good in the contex of this race. This will either win or come last so no point going ew.
