I will start posting my MLB baseball picks on a daily basis from May 1st until the end of regular season (or earlier depending of the betting results). In my opinion, MLB is probably the most interesting and rewarding league for sports betting. My initial bankroll will be the same as last year (1000 units), but this year I will adopt a more conservative staking strategy and will risk about 2% of my current bankroll per bet regardless of the betting odds. I'll always post pre-game picks so there will be no live bets. Generally, picks will be posted at least one hour before the first pitch but sometimes I may post them a bit later. However, these situations will be very rare. Usually, picks will be posted 1-2 hours before the match for several reasons. Exceptions are late games which start after 8pm ET or 2am CET. For these matches picks will be posted earlier (i.e. more then 2 hours before the start of the match) most often before midnight (CET) and no picks will be posted after that. Also, to avoid confusion I would like to stress that I'll grade all posted bets regardless of the starting pitchers. The aim of this year's hunt is to double up the starting bank before the end of the regular season. As you may guess, this won't be an easy task but I will give it a try.
