St Helens/Salford and Warrington/Huddersfield have both passed pitch inspections. Saturday TV preview: 3pts Widnes (+28) to beat Wigan 10/11 Blue Square Usually Wigan would win this at a canter and that might still be the case but with the injuries they have in the forwards and the shocking weather forecast which will make free flowing rugby a lot more difficult I think Widnes can keep this semi competitive. Widnes are getting a 28pt head start and that looks a bit too much given the forecasted weather conditions. Although I think Wigan will win this could become a bit of a slog in the mud so I’ll take Widnes to stay within 28pts. I don't expect Saints to be as dominating as they could be with their star man and the weather isn't conducive to a high scoring game so I think a 24 point head start will be enough for the City Reds. Rangi Chase is one of the better half backs in the competition and he could well guide Castleford around the park to devastating effect, something Rovers would be hoping Dobson can do for them. Should Dobson not be fit then Hull KR will need to work a lot harder to break Cas down and so the best bet in this match looks a small bet on Castleford with a large 12pt head start.
