I think you'd have to have an incredibly good read on him to fold here - you're in trouble against AA or KK, but anything else (including AK) is either a flip or good to go. Possibly you could have called and seen the flop, but if he was behind and didn't improve you would frequently miss value I would think so barring a very strong read I think shoving is correct.
