Re: A League > 7 - 10 February Melbourne Victory @ 2.46 pinnacle Victory have won 3 straight and are playing well. Adelaide have lost their last 3 games, and were all over the place in losing to West Sydney last week, and though they lost 4-2, the margin should have been greater. The Victory are playing well as WS and on form, like them, should be too strong here as the Adelaide defence will have problems coping with Rojas and Thompson Melbourne Heart @ 2.38 pinnacle The Heart are two different teams when playing home and away: they have won their last 3 home games while they have lost their last 5 away games, so they will be looking forward to playing at home here. They do have some players out, but they have coped with this all year and have enough here to beat a Perth side that looks directionless and without any conviction in their game. They have lost their last 4 games as well as their last 3 away games, and without Burns in midfield to lead them, hard to see them doing well here Western Sydney -1 (EH) @ 3.00 sportbet Western Sydney continued to display some impressive form as they have won their last 4 games, and 8 of their last 10 games, as well as 4 of their last 5 home games. Though they are playing at another venue for this game, they should still be too strong as they have shown to be pretty strong all over the park, and their unity has been a feature of their play. Newcastle took advantage of two poor pieces of defending to get two penalties in the draw with Sydney, but doubt that WS are too generous here. Newcastle have drawn 4 and 1 one of their last 5 games, but they have not been convincing in these games, and against a WS side that will be looking to make up for their 2-1 loss to Newcastle, a game in which they dominate but allowed 2 goals from the only 2 chances that Newcastle created, then like them to win this one well Brisbane @ 2.24 pinnacle Like the form that Brisbane have been showing in recent weeks and can see them continuing to make a late surge for the semi-finals. They beat Perth on the road and should have beaten the competition leaders Central Coast last week but allowed a late equaliser to draw 2-2. Sydney have been poor defensively as they lost 3-1 to Melbourne Victory and allowed two penalties due to slack marking that gave Newcstle a lucky point. Hard to see Sydney not giving up a goal here as Brisbane have been playing well when going forward but Sydney have still to get that consistency that is required. 36-50 (+4.27)

Re: A League > 7 - 10 February Adelaide United - Melbourne Victory Adelaide United After 3 successive defeats and only 2 wins in last 8 games, Adelaide form 1 place contenders dropped to 4 place. They concede 11 goals in last 4 matches. Surprisingly head coach Kosmina leave his post and his successor Michael Valkanis who is a former player and will demand respect but a 4-2 home defeat against Western Sydney last week was not the ideal start to his reign. In this game Adelaide wil be without: Boogard (regular centre back), Djite (regular striker) and winger Fereira but striker Neuman is back after suspension. In group of players for this game will be promoted: Malik and youngster Mabil. Adelaide leak old hatred against Victory for old defeats aginst them ( like 6-0 in grand final before few years). United will be strongly motivated for win this one against old foes and came out from this bad run. Melbourne Victory Victory in this game will be without: defenders Milligan (with NT) and Ansell (injured) and long-term injured midfielder Finkler. Postecoglou said Scott Galloway would keep his place in defence after the teenager impressed in last week's 2-1 win over Melbourne Heart. Bru (defensive mid) and Stella ( att mid/ striker who came from Glasgow Rangers) will take the places of Milligan and Ansell in group of players for the game.Stella scored three goals off the bench in the club's National Youth League win over Central Coast Mariners at the weekend. Stella and Bru will join Celeski in midfield, while def mid Broxham will drop back to replace Ansell in central defence. Vicory have strong attcking force and not so good defense. Before today CCM win 5-0 agaisnt Wellington Phoenix, Vicotry have best attck in A league - scored 33 goal, but they conced 29. Vicotry are in very good run of form: 3 consecutive wins and 6 wins in last 8 matches. Head to head Victory have superiority against Adelaide 15 wins 5 draws and 9 loses. But in last few years this is not like that. They have 2 wins in last 8 games and have not win in thier 4 travells to Adelaide. In this season meeting two teams exchange home wins first Victory win at home with 2-1 then Adelaide win with 4-2 in december. If Adelaide want to take something from this game they must stop Victory goal machines A. Thompson and M. Rojas. if Adelaide United are to win then it will be most likely thanks to another good performance from Dario Vidosic. If we take a look on this two teams goal differences will se that in 10 Adelaide home games are scored 33 goals at all this means 3,3 per game, in 8 Victory away games there are 28 goals - 3,5 per game. When we add the problems in defensive line for this game in two team it smells like quite a lot of goals. Predictions: 1. over 3 goals 2.10 bet 365 2. over 4 goals 3.90 bet 365 3. Melbourne Victory & over 2,5 goals 3.40 bet 365 I' am open to see other opinions Sorry again for my English.

Re: A League > 7 - 10 February Melbourne Victory @ 2.30 Sportsbet Melbourne Victory Win & Archie Thompson to score @ 4.00 Sportsbet All over the Victory here aswell boys, they've been on quite the run and their performances have been excellent. They've made me quite a few dollars in the past few weeks, especially with Rojas and Archie constantly scoring, I've just been very lazy in terms of my posts. Anyway, Adelaide have peaked and are in freefall now if you ask me - I think they can remain competitive, but I highly doubt they can stand up to a Victory side with so much to play for.
