Re: Each way betting? These days, most types of markets in most types of sports are, near as damn it, perfectly efficient. It is claimed by some that a few markets exist that aren't. However, in uk horse racing, they are. Therefore, each-way betting is no more and no less profitable than backing/laying the place/win/each way. If you have an edge, then betting will be profitable, regardless of the market efficiency and regardless of whether you back/lay the win/place/each way.
