Lingfield 12.50 - Roys Legacy 5/1 Bet365 BOG This horse just comes out on top of my ratings from Mother Jones & Welease Bwian but I think the selection has more in his favour. The track should suit his running style and he has form in this class of race. His draw isnt the best but Adam Kirby is on board and he is doing well on the AW this season. Lingfield 2.20 - Cayuga 3/1 Bet365 BOG Looks like being a good little race this and I am going to back Cayuga to confirm placings with Ajeeb on their last run round here. They are very similarly rated but I prefer horses to race with the pace at Lingfield and Ajeeb usually looks to be held up and I have had my hands stung too many times by Jamie Spencer thinking he is riding Frankel. He is also the least exposed of the two on this surface I am hoping he will have too much for the rest of this field. Lingfield 3.20 - Al's Memory 7/2 William Hill BOG This one is another mount of Kirby's tomorrow. He isnt my top rated horse but he is one that likes to run up with the pace and that could prove vital as the three I have ahead of him all like to sit at the back of the pack. The trip, track, draw and class will all be fine and he also has some solid form against horses that have shown themselves to be progressive.

Re: Flat Racing 03/01/2012 15.50 Lingfield: Spartic @ 6/1 Bet365 Spartic ran very well in his last two outings but the most recent run really caught my eye as he had a bad start and was racing very wide as a result of that throughout the whole race. He was then forced to turn even wider for home thanks to a badly to the right hanging rival. Yet Spartic really finished the race in great fashion in 3rd place and probably would have gone much closer in different circumstances. He gives the impression of a well handicapped horse as this performance was a few pounds better than his current mark I suppose and despite being on a long loosing run I think it's worth to keep faith in him. 16.05 Wolverhampton: Stamp Duty @ 5/1 Bet365 I thought Stamp Duty was desperately unlucky three weeks ago here at Wolverhampton. In his first start since August he travelled very well in rear of the field but was stuck in traffic when the pace unfolded and the eventual winner kicked on. He had to wait and suffer until a gap opened and then finally asked for everything the response was enormous. He was chasing the leader -home also the eventual winner - in the closing stages, in vain though due to the impossible position he had to come from, yet he finished impressively to land the runners-up spot. Considering this performance he looks very well handicapped which is confirmed by his low mark which is now 7lb below his last winning mark.
