3.20 Catterick Tres Coronas 1pt win @ 12/1 Bet365 The Tiger should may well prove very tough to beat here but I will take a chance with the David Barron trained horse. He hasn't been in the greatest of form recently but has mark has dropped to 78 which puts him 6lbs lower than his highest ever winning mark. He has won off higher marks than 78 3 times in his career and he looks quite interesting with Graham Gibbons back on board. Graham has ridden him to victory on 3 occasions but has a better record than any other jockey on this horse. His record reads 1-1-2-4-1-4-11 but the last effort can be discounted as he reared up at the start and totally blew away any chance of winning. He was actually sent of favourite for that race. His mark of 78 is actually his lowest mark since this time in 2009 and I fancy him to take full advantage. He will have no problem with the ground and the yard had a good winner today in Dorry K. The fact Graham Gibbons is back on board tomorrow is a massive positive and I would expect him to run well in this, considering he has regularly ran well in the past in competitive handicaps off marks in the high 80's.

Re: BBOTD Tuesday 30th Taunton 200 - Jewellery 8/1 Paddy Power BOG If you ignore this horses last run on heavy ground, the form of this mares first two runs for Victor Dartnall look pretty good in the context of this race and there could be even more to come. She needs another small step up, but that certainly isnt out of the question with the trip & ground looking fine. She also has a fitness edge over a lot of these and there isnt a great deal in opposition with many of them either very exposed or over-rated.
