His form in Jan and Feb reads 811114 The 8th was on his debut 3 years ago so can be ignored. The 4th was on new years day when running 4th of 15 in a Class B race at Cheltenham. Todays trip shouldnt be a problem (trainer has previously stated he could be a National horse) and neither will the ground. Its a competitive race but at the prices Joly Bey should at least make the frame.
