Re: Netherlands > Eredivisie > 15-16 September Heracles almelo- NAC breda Both teams not in good form but overall the better quality is with Heracles with players like Armenteros, everton, overtoom. Heracles a draw against VVV and RKC and lost against AZ and Feyenoord. NAC a draw against Willem 2 and Utrecht and lost against Twente and Ajax. The last 7 matches between Heracles and NAC, Heracles won 6 and one was a draw. Last 4 home matches for Heracles against NAC the won, 4-0, 3-0, 4-1, 2-1. NAC played there last match against utrecht and were terrible and were very lucky with the draw, Heracles played a better match in Waalwijk and they are starting to get in a better flow. And the help of the artificial pitch is a home advantage. Bets Heracles- NAC 1 odds 1.65 (10/10) units Heracles- NAC -1 Handicap odds 2.5 (4/10) units

Re: Netherlands > Eredivisie > 15-16 September Same time Heracles was very good in a friendly match against Almere (won 9:2) during the international break, while NAC coach Karelse was defeated each time when his team played against Heracles. However both teams are under pressure as don't have a win after four rounds, and I must agree with @db that home team is a favorite, just not sure whether their odds have value...

Re: Netherlands > Eredivisie > 15-16 September Feyenoord vs Zwolle Feyenoord is still without captain de Vrij, but some new players can make their debut (Pele, Verhoek). I also assume that they have the best fans and coach in the league so this is a must win game for them after losing in injury time v. Vittese in last round. Zwolle is promoted team and this will be the most difficult away game for them in recent times. In doing so, first keeper Boer and captain Slot (mf) are still injured, while 2nd keeper ter Wielen and regular van den Berg (mf) are suspended. So on the goal will be Wintjens (ex Fortuna S.) who conceded average two goals per away Erstedivisie game in the last season. I can see a comfortable win for home side. Feyenoord (-2) AH @2.19 Pinnacle high stake Feyenoord to nil @2.10 Paddy Power low stake Feyenoord (-2) EH @2.80 Paddy Power low stake

Re: Netherlands > Eredivisie > 15-16 September Ajax vs RKC Waalwick Although both sides have eight points Ajax is a big favorite for two reasons: they are much better team and will play at home. They also have six straight wins against this opponent. De Boer will probably give a chance to Poulsen (mf) and Babel (fw) who will debut. But still Enoh (df), Serero (mf) and Sigthórsson (fw) miss this duel. The guests don't have important absences. It should also be noted that a lot of Ajax players played international matches and and that they've an important CL match in Dortmund on Tuesday. Willem II vs Twente Twente is another hot favorite in this round against promoted Willem whom they beat in the last eight mutual games. However, away coach McClaren has many absences. All regulars - Bjelland (df), Douglas (df), Fer (mf), Bulykin (fw) and Chadli (fw) are out. RKC (+3) AH and Willem (+2) AH @1.96 bet365 low stake Heerenveen vs ADO Den Haag Both teams will be without one defender (captain Zomer in H'veen and Horvath in away side). Tradition is on the side of home team who is still seeking their first win. They with several fit debutantes are close to winning at Abe Lenstra, but odds are below my expectations. VVV Venlo vs NEC Nijmegen NEC have four straight wins with a great goal difference (9:1) against VVV, but this is a very important match home side. No bet

Re: Netherlands > Eredivisie > 15-16 September Groningen vs Vitesse The most difficult game (there is no a favorite) to predict in this round. Utrecht vs PSV Eindhoven Regular striker Mulenga was injured on international duty and is doubtful for this encounter against PSV, as well as captain Asare (mf) while Martennsen is injured. On the other hand, PSV have no important missings but it should be noted that many regular players played international matches. They should win, but I don't see value there. AZ Alkmaar vs Roda JC Both sides are typical home teams and both of them are weaker than last season. AZ will be without suspended Reinen (df) and Roda without injured Wielaert (df). I expect offensive game from both sides. BTS @1.72 Boylesports medium stake

Re: Netherlands > Eredivisie > 15-16 September Some good Picks Mcnasara! I agree there is no Value in backing Heerenveen with these odds. So maybe there is Value in backing ADO +1 they have a good team in the counterattack with fast strikers. Feyenoord looks like a good bet to me. Playing in the Kuip is special for the Zwolle players and if feyenoord van score a goal in the first 20 min this will be a goal fest.

Re: Netherlands > Eredivisie > 15-16 September Feyenoord - Zwolle Feyenoord will play tonight with second goalkeeper Lamprou. With Graziano Pelle they have now a spits with length. Zwolle don't have a good defense. Received a lot of goals (4 against NEC) and don't play every week in stadiums tonight. See a great chance to a over here. 4/10 Over 3 @ 1.85 Pinnacle Heerenveen - ADO Den Haag Heerenveen playing very well against Ajax at home. They are showing a good perfomance and they will be continue this at home tonight. Also they are without great players, who are important for this team last season. But they are building to a new team and i think they can win here against a weak ADO Den Haag. 3/10 SC Heerenveen -1 @ 1.72 Pinnacle FC Utrecht - PSV Utrecht showing some good football in the second half against NAC Breda. Playing better and must take 3 points there. They are strong at home and top teams don't win easy there. PSV have a good team, but a lot of players had international matches last week. It will not be easy for them to win this match. 5/10 Under 3.5 goals @ 1.81 Pinnacle

Re: Netherlands > Eredivisie > 15-16 September Recap of the 5th round :ok

  • deserved more> Groningen and PSV
  • the best team performance> AZ Alkmaar
  • the best surprising team> ADO Den Haag
  • top three players>

- Altidore (AZ Alkmaar) - Everton (Heracles) - Chery (ADO Den Haag) _____________________________ Feyenoord 2:0 Zwolle Both teams were weakened defensively, but we didn't see many goals there. Anyway, a fully deserved home win. *-*-*- VVV Venlo 2:2 NEC Nijmegen Both teams were without important absences, and NEC was the slight favorite based on recent h2h games. Fair result and one point for the hosts thanks to substitute Nwofor who scored two goals. -*-*-* Heerenveen 1:3 ADO Den Haag Home side without important missings was the favorite in this match. Still their mistake was that top talent Gouweleeuw (only scorer) only played in the second half. ADO deservedly won the game with three goals in eight minutes. *-*-*- Willem II 2:6 Twente Twente was weakened for two important players, but continued a successful series against Willem. Deserved win for them, but it seems that the result is too high. -*-*-* Ajax 2:0 RKC Waalwijk Ajax are well prepared before the CL game in Dortmund. They dominated and deserved to win. *-*-*- Heracles 2:1 NAC Breda Heracles was the favorite on their artificial surface (although they're without striker Armenteros) in important meeting between the two which were winless. Home side deservedly won with two late goals. -*-*-* Utrecht 1:0 PSV Utrecht was underdog because were without three important players (Martensson, Asare and Mulenga). They even had two red cards in the match but still won. It seems that a draw was the most realistic outcome here. *-*-*- AZ Alkmaar 4:0 Roda Favourite won convincingly in encounter of two typical home-teams. Jozy Altidore was a key player with three goals and one assist. On the other hand, the guests were very weak. -*-*-* Groningen 0:3 Vitesse It was the toughest game to predict this round. Disappointing result for Groningen that were much better team (also Vitesse got a red card in the 30th minute).
