335 Doncaster - Green Howard - 11/2 - Paddy Power Won on seasonal reappearence beating Levitate, Klynch, Solar Spirit and Mingun Bell who have all franked the form since. Easy to forgive last run when finishing third in an absolute bog @ York carrying my money too - track was a right mess and anything in the wrong place never stood a chance. Can hopefully do better today and the trainer has booked S De Sousa which is potentially a good sign. Have no doubt that My Kingdom is the best horse in the race but he is becoming incresingly frustrating and until the blinkers/cps or something go on I shall be looking to lay back in-running as he is almost bound to trade shorter given the way that he travels. Re: Bbotd - fri 6th July *Beckermet - Doncaster 3:35* I like backing a horse where you know you are nearly guaranteed a run for your money, and that is what we should have here with Beckermet, who is a gutsy individual that wins in it's turn, but may find 1 too good. However at the price it is worth a bet for me. Has won over this trip 2 times, has been placed on 5 of it's last 7 runs, is running off a workable mark of 82 where it has gone close off this mark in more competitive handicap's. Ruth Carr's last 2 runners have won, Klynch won this evening for her, stable in great nick. Beckermet was 3rd of 20 @ 40/1 here at Donny in May behind Farlow in a much tougher race off 1 pound higher, so must have a big chance tomorrow if running it's race. *1 Point WIN @ 10/1 Ladbrokes BOG*
