Wednesday, 23/5 8:00pm Last time they met- QLD 34 NSW 24 Head to head betting- QLD $1.48 NSW $2.70 It's that time of year again, State of origin 2012 is here and NSW will be hoping they can stop QLD's series winning streak at 6. QLD look strong all over the park as usual and have had a great preparation going into game 1 in Melbourne. NSW on the other hand have had a few setbacks, with inspirational captain Paul Gallen under an injury cloud, players being picked out of form and 18th man Tariq Sims breaking his leg playing for the Cowboys. Playing the game in Melbourne is also in QLD's favour, as most of the Victorian support will be for QLD and Melbourne Storm superstars Billy Slater, Cooper Cronk and captain Cameron Smith are all in the QLD side.
