Draw Bias and information

Hope some of you can clear up a few questions I have! Basically am I right in thinking as of last year all stalls start number 1 on the inside rail? Secondly I've been going through results in the weekender and online at the racing post, in the weekender it states for example at Lingfield aw, some stalls high, some low? I thought they were all low now? Lastly online for the same meeting it states 1m outside, remainder inside!... Can anybody clear up what this all means with regard to how the stalls are placed? My brain hurts. Thanks

Re: Draw Bias and information Personally, I always use 'Draw Check' on the ATR website. The 7f stats at Kempton for example are a real eye opener. From the racecard on any given race, it's 3 tabs across at the top. Takes an age to load - a few seconds - but I'm an impatient arse!:D
