mix_master
Hi, I'm looking to improve my game somewhat, in particular MTT's, the large entry ones (500+ entries). I can make min cash occasionally but I'm struggling to go the distance and I think my strategy is wrong. Either that or I just can't keep my patience. I'm looking to find any books that specialise on these type of tournaments, any suggestions? Thanks
GaF
Re: Poker Books Only 1 answer in my opinion: the Harrington on Holdem series (or the first 2 volumes at least) - they're old now, but still essential reading if you dont know the theories that they talk about. mix_master
Yeah i did consider the Harrington books as I haven't read any of them before. I'll give them a go, cheers
DasBoot
Re: Poker Books Harrington is essential but as GaF says a bit old but fundamental theories. I've just bought 'Kill Everyone' because I've heard so many good things about it. Not had a chance to read it yet but I've been told I will not be disappointed. mix_master
Just found an ebook of all three Harrington books to get stuck into. I'll see if this improves my play at all. Then i'll try the Kill Everyone. Cheers
