The Mug
Re: Scotland: League Cup Sept 20-21 I think Motherwell are a cracking price. They're not a great side, but Hibs are absolutely dreadful.
andycoull
Re: Scotland: League Cup Sept 20-21 St Johnstone v St Mirren Although the home team scored 3 at the weekend, the recent H2H history point to a low scoring game. This will be another low scoring game IMO.
Silence.
Re: Scotland: League Cup Sept 20-21 Will Celtic be fielding a strong team tonight? What do you make of Celtic to keep a clean sheet @2.10 with Paddy Power?
McNasara
Re: Scotland: League Cup Sept 20-21 Ross County vs Celtic This will be the third game for Celtic in the last seven days (when they lost against the Atletico and Rangers). Both Wilson, Izaguirre, Brown, Ki Sung-yueng and Samaras are absents from team leading Neil Lennon. Ross County will be without top scorer, Craig. They defeated Celtic in the Cup semi-finals last year 2-0. Falkirk vs Rangers Gers has 12 consecutive wins against this opponent (with goal difference 33:7). Both teams are in a good shape, but quality is clearly on away side. McCoist hasn't yet solved who will be the goalie tonight. Jelavic, Lafferty and McKay probably won't play. Higginbotham and Duffie are suspended for young home team. Ayr vs Hearts Ayr is the last-placed team of the First Division. Hearts playing solid, but still don't have victory out of their stadium this season (on six trips they scored only 3 goals). Home team missing Duff and likely Robertson. On other hand, the first Hearts goalkeeper (Kello) is injured and McDonald will play tonight. Also Driver and Webster are doubtful.
McNasara
Re: Scotland: League Cup Sept 20-21 Scottish punters can you tell us about team motivation in tonight's games? I'm thinking about Celtic @1.20 and Ayr vs Hearts o2,5 @1.
Kosher Readies
Re: Scotland: League Cup Sept 20-21 Scottish punters can you tell us about team motivation in tonight's games? I'm thinking about Celtic @1.20 and Ayr vs Hearts o2' date='5 @1.70[/quote'] I wouldn't touch us(Celtic) at that price. Poor recent form, tight and bumpy pitch on a wet Wednesday night in Dingwall are a few of the reasons. Not saying we won't win or progress on the night but it may be a struggle and there is very little value at 1.20. I'd be more inclined to go with Ross County +1.75 AH @ 21/20 with Bet365. 1875
Re: Scotland: League Cup Sept 20-21 Ross County vs Celtic Team lineups for tonights match... Celtic 01 Forster 04 El Kaddouri 05 Majstorovic 06 Wilson 21 Mulgrew 02 Matthews 16 Ledley 33 Kayal 10 Stokes 49 Forrest 88 Hooper Ross County 01 Fraser 02 Miller 04 Boyd 05 Munro 03 Fitzpatrick 06 Lawson 08 Quinn 10 Brittain 11 Vigurs 07 Gardyne 09 McMenamin For me thats a sign of intent from Lennon's Celtic. A strong side there and will be hoping to bounce back from sundays 4-2 Old firm defeat to Rangers, and also scratching to set the record straight from last season where Ross County eliminated Celtic from the competition. Not the best reasoning but I can see Celtic winning this comfortably here and Im happy to take Celtic to score 3 or more. Celtic to score 3 or more @ 1.83 (Bet365).
