He is 3-0 with a 3.20 ERA in his last 7 starts against the Chicago Cubs but the Cubs have been hitting well of late and like them to score some runs here. Wells is 3-4, with a 6.05 ERA ashe has allowed at least 4 runs in 7 of his last 10 starts (total of 39 runs) and he too averages over 7 hits per game in these last 10 starts. He has allowed 16 runs in his last 4 road starts and with the Braves also hitting well, can see both these pitchers giving up runs here. Cincinnati - San Diego over 8.5 @ 2.06 pinnacle Bailey is 6-5, with a 4.72 ERA as he has allowed at least 4 runs in 5 of his last 10 starts (total of 36 runs) with 14 runs allowed in his last 2 home starts. He is 2-0 with a 4.05 ERA in 4 starts against San Diego, and with them hitting well of late, can see them scoring some runs here, as Bailey's home ERA of 5.26 keeps rising. Stauffer is 7-8, with a 3.06 ERA as though he has allowed 2 runs or less in 7 of his last 10 starts, he has allowed 3 or more runs in 3 of his last 4 starts, and has allowed 9 runs in his last 2 road starts. The Reds have started to hit and score as they look to peg back the Brewers in their division and though Stauffer has a good record against them, he is facing a side playing with much more focus and confidence here, and can see them scoring on him St Louis -1.5 @ 2.24 pinnacle Garcia is 10-5, with a 3.23 ERA as he has allowed 2 runs or less in 7 of his last 10 starts (total of 22 runs) and just 10 runs in his last 5 home starts. He has a very low 1.56 ERA at home, and expect him to bounce back from allowing 12 runs and 11 hits in the 15-4 loss to them in May. Like him to contain Colorado here as they have only scored 4 runs in losing their last 3 games. Hammel is 6-11, with a 5.14 as he has allowed at least 4 runs in 7 of his last 10 games (total of 45 runs) and has allowed 22 runs in his last 5 road games. With St. Louis having won 7 of their last 8 games over Colorado, including the last 5 at home, scoring 22 runs and allowing just 3, then like the Cardinals to continue their good form here. Arizona - NY Mets over 8.5 @ 1.89 pinnacle Hudson is 11-8, with a 3.83 ERA as he allowed 7 runs on 11 hits in the 9-1 loss to Houston. He has allowed at least 4 runs in of his last 4 starts, which includes his last 2 home starts and like the Mets to get to him here. Pelfrey is 6-9, with a 4.53 ERA as he has allowed 4 runs in 5 of his last 10 starts, which includes 3 of his last 6 road starts. He has struggled in Arizona where he has a high 9.68 ERA in losing all 4 previous starts there, and with Arizona having scored 4 runs in each of their last 3 games with the Mets, like them both to give enough runs to send this one over.
