My account has been transfered to Blue sq and I have a new account with no cash, points or anything. Yet not a word about this from either blue sq or Gcasino. Also in the light of last nights problems do we not need a new set of passwords that are not published on the forum. its a great promotion. shame if it gets spoiled like last nights event.

Ill try to explain it simply cos it can be a headache if done wrong. If you signed up to BlueSquare originally, your account is theirs, and if you log into GCasino, you will be asked to create a new Player name, effectively giving you two acounts. If you signed up with GCasino Originally, your account will have stayed the same. With regards to the password fiasco.......it wont happen with buy in games, their not interested in depositing and with regards to the final prizes, you can only get in via a password which will be different and i only PM 10 winners, so cant happen again:ok

Cheers for that Morls I think Ive managed both accounts without any probs. Top promo again! And signed up via the banner:ok Not in the lobby yet though?
They were only requested this morning mate, so im keeping :hope it appears by tea time tomorrow :ok

As it's not in the lobby I can't reg now and unlikely to get chance to do tomorrow (as you know, I always turn up at least 15 mins late for a game!) I assume it's most likely to run on GCasino, but as I've been playing all along on Blue Square I haven't got a GCasino account and obviously no funds there. Plus I'm unlikely to be able to make the final date (not that I was anywhere near qualifying last month anyway but...:eyes) So all in all something is telling me to take the month off! However, if I'm home early and it happens to be on Blue Square, I may still be tempted. :lol I'm happy to run the league still, as long as someone posts up the result. :ok

Will give their support another tinkle soon (tad early still) after trying to re-download it. It's a win/win though, either I play this awesome series or I save my usually donated $5.50 ;) Just joking, with best 3 from 4, I'd hopefully be in week 2 even if it doesn't work out later today. Hi Bart I,m having the same problems with G casino its been fine for the last year but for the last 3 weeks it just wont work,i,m using a netbook just wondering what system your using mate? I have to say customer support are useless tried everything they asked me to just wont work they have passed it on to the tech boys and said they would get back to me that was 10 days ago :(:(:(:(:( thank god i can play through blue square :dude:dude:dude

If you were to guide me as to where to look, I dare say I could find some other info for you though (perhaps in a separate thread). Yeah Blue Sq still working fine for me, so all good. Will boot up my pc later and see if that works (older on XP i think). Just seems strange that 2x near identical lobbies from the same stable work differently. Bart

If players this month want to play I'll take it they will have to pick a site and stick to it makes it easier to compile the Leaderboard as there will be different alias of the 2 sites since they split.

Just opened G casino account, no game there so downloaded BL SQ and it won't let me log in with details. Am I supposed to be creating another separate account at BS? This is a pain if so because I already deposited at G casino and now can't use it for this game. Very frustrating :cry

Not your fault Graeme. I've now managed to log in to BS, but my balance is zero. I'll just put £10 in for now so I can play tonight, then will worry about the rest tomorrow. Take a deep breath and smile :)
