Super 15: Round 2

Shocking week last week where none of the tips came in. Hoping to bounce back here. Highlanders -2.5 @ 2.05 centrebet Highlanders produced a very good, workmanlike performance to beat the erratic Hurricanes in a major upset last week. They play a no frills type of game, and they meet another side that likes to throw the ball, but can be inconsistent as well. The Chiefs were poor in parts last week, as ball handling saw them throw away some tries which would have kept them in the game. They have reacted to the loss to the Brumbies by making 7 changes, and though this will more than likely spur them on to play much better, how much better is the unknown, since that many changes often sees team become disorganised and unsure of how to work with the new players. The Highlanders are much more stable, and they are at home where the conditions tend to be cold and miserable, which they are used to. Though they have lost their last 7 games to the Chiefs, this is the first time they are playing them in Dunedin for 6 years, so like this to help their game.

Re: Super 15: Round 2 Brumbies -20.5 @ 3.05 centrebet Rebels were smashed 43-0 last week and it does not get any easier here, as the Brumbies played pretty well to beat the Chiefs 28-20 last week. The Rebels have lost their halves for this weeks game, and with several players still finding their way in this competition, though expect some improvement in the Rebels, they will find it tough to keep it close with the Brumbies. The Brumbies will also look to run up a score here and get a bonus point for 4 tries, as this has been one of their downfalls over the years, so with an opportunity to do so here, like them to win this one well

Re: Super 15: Round 2 Waratahs win by 1-12 margin @ 2.85 centrebet The Waratahs were very impressive and ruthless in beating the Rebels last week and now meet their northern rivals who did enough to outlast the Western Force. Definately the Waratahs were the more impressive of the two sides, but these two sides are stacked with talent, and not much usually separates them in the last few years. The Waratahs have won 6 straight games, and they have usually had only a few points separate them. The home team has the edge on defence while the two sides are pretty much equal when they have the ball in their hands, and believe that the defensive edge the Waratahs have will be enough to win this one

Good call on the Highlanders, I went with the Chiefs. Was looking rosy for about 35 minutes :lol Second half was one way traffic :sad I also went with Brumbies but lost on Brumbles -7.5 @ 1.45
