rednax1986 Posted February 21, 2011 Share Posted February 21, 2011 Seen some races lately for example the 4:55 at Warwick on Friday 25th is "Ebf/dbs Mares' Standard Open National Hunt Flat Race (qualifier)". How does a horse actually qualify out of this race for the final (Sandown, March 13th)? Must you win, place, enter? Doe anyone know? Thanks. Thats definitely the case for the big staying handicap at the festival, in fact I know a trainer who entered 7 horses a few years back knowing full well the meeting would be called off but they qualified by being declared.
