Speed Ratings

Sure this has probably been asked before and this is pointed more towards the AW boys primarily I think. I am a tight Scotsman and paying out for the full membership of RP website is just not happening - can't justify the expense in truth as not exactly minted. Therefore short-term question 1 would be: • Is there any other resource available to give you achieved speed ratings for all races? Which is the most valuable resource of this nature you use? Question more for the long-term: • How do you go about creating your own speed ratings? I am not looking for someone else's ratings to be given to me, just a basis for me to start to create my own - therefore I need to understand the steps required to create these ratings. The reason I want to monitor speed ratings specifically is because I am starting to find I understand the 5/6/7/8f AW sprints better than any other form of racing and feel particularly that creating your own speed ratings could provide you with an indication of when a horse is either a) running into a bit of form.. or b) potentially ahead of the rest of it's competitors on pure speed alone (which should in effect put the horse bang there!). Any advice much appreciated here. CC :ok

Re: Speed Ratings Charlie, you dont have to pay the RP to see their Speed Ratings, If you go to Cards and then select see all races on one page the Speed Ratings (TS) and the RPRatings are on the card.
