Legislation putting a 15month black-out on US players looks extremely likely to be going through the lame duck session. A part of the bill says European players won't be able to play with US players for more years after. These two points suck BUT i'm quite happy really, 99% of US players have sat back and done **** all since 2006. They've been putting this to the back of their mind hoping it goes away, this is highlighted by the FullTilt 'regs' thread on 2plus2 where there was virtually no discussion by any player re. legislation for years, they simply were ignorant and lazy. Now the shit has hit the fan. Actually amazing that the best a nation with millions of poker players can come up with in 4 years is e-mailing their congressman a template e-mail every so often.
