Free Bets Question

I've recently had some Free Bets courtesy of PL.........:) I backed one today at 5/1 with Stan James - it drifted to 6/1 and won I got paid at 5/1, didn't get the BOG. Does anyone know if this is just standard practise that you don't get BOG with Free Bets ? Or should I be e-mailing them to complain ? I'm not a natural complainer..........and certainly don't want to complain unless i'm in the right...........:lol

two explanations i can think of,one that free bets on stan james are not bog... Or option two,the bet you made was on irish racing,for whoich stan james do not offer bog..however i cannot see a 6-1 winner from ireland today
