  1. Rafa Academy employee spying on Novak during today's match
  2. I would like to say something about the Nadal - PCB match. It is true that the handicap line is set very high and it seems that PCB should cover it, but keep in mind that the PCB went deep at the US Open, that he literally played a match against Zverev five days ago. I guess he flew to Rome the next day which means he lost a whole day on the road. He only had three days to prepare for this match. And there are also factors of fatigue, jet lag and in the first place - the factor of changing the surface. Changing the surface from hard to clay is one of the most difficult and demanding changes in tennis. On the other hand, it is true that Nadal did not play a competitive match for a long time, but he trained on clay all the time and had excellent preparations for this clay season. I'm not saying this to "distract" anyone from their picks, but because it should be kept in mind.
  3. Why are odds so high on Brady tonight? Is it because of Osaka's reputation? Brady didn't do nothing wrong in tournament so far..Can she snitch a set at least?
  4. Whoever come as a winner from Cornet - Pironkova tie, stand zero chance against Serena.
  5. Is Pironkova injured? She called mto,did she?
  6. I think you're wrong, but if this is your opinion, what can i do with it? Only to disagree..
  7. Are you serious writing this stuff? What character? It was a f***** accident..
  8. Looks like their in hurry for their sits
  9. Two more picks for me today and no more,i promise Dimitrov G. - Paul T. over 3.5 sets @1.60 (local bookie Soccerbet) I don't fancy Grisha too much these days to be honest. His game have too many ups and downs and except of last year his US Open record is very modest. Paul is no world beater but with his big serve and ground strokes he can be dangerous. They met in A.Open earlier this year and it was a long, five setter match. Jabeur O. - Kawa K. under 18.5 games @1.65 (local bookie Meridianbet) I expect a pretty routine job for the Tunisian player. Jabeur was solid lately,i think she have a good mentality and game stability. About Kawa i don't know much but this pick is all about Jabeur and i hope she will deliver. GL
  10. One early pick RBA - Sandgren T. over 33.5 games @1.65 (local bookie "Soccerbet") I think that Tennys is underrated here a bit and could take something out of it. The line is not that high and it could be cover in three long sets. GL
  11. I completely agree with Torque over Zverev - Anderson and Goffin - Opelka matches. So,my choice is going to be: Anderson K. - Zverev A. over 3.5 sets @1.70 (local bookie) Opelka R. - Goffin D. over 3.5 sets @1.60 (local bookie) Also,i'm going with one match which is my original pick: Krajinovic F. - Ymer M. under 35.5 games @1.90 (local bookie) You never know with Filip Krajinovic, but i hope he can deliver an easy victory here. He was very good last week in Cincinnati. Yes,he struggled with Caruso in first march, but then he was briliant against both Thiem and Fucsovics. He even served for the match against Raonic. Ymer debuts in the main draw of US Open. Swede player lost to Harris last week, and also lost to Krajinovic in Montpellier early this year by 61 61. Like i said..it's not easy to trust Krajinovic, but with this line and odds i'm willing to take risk GL
  12. Novak was given a soft draw. Isner could be a possible problem in R4 and then Tsitsipas in semifinal. Other part of draw is way trickier.
  13. "The new Laykold courts have a Court Pace Rating (CPR) of ~ 43. A CPR between 40 and 44 is “medium fast,” while a 45 CPR is “fast.”. https://www.sportsbusinessdaily.com/SB-Blogs/SBJ-Unpacks/2020/08/26.aspx
  14. Krajinovic's game was almost flawless until he served for the match. And then he choked..completely choked. Nerves started to do their thing and once again it turned out that Filip does not have a good mentality for this kind of matches..it's a shame becuse he fought and really played good tennis and he showed that victory over Thiem was not "one match wonder". Hope that his coach,Janko Tipsarevic, could work on his mental issues as well as on his game.. As for the Raonic. He was nowhere until the end of second set. But from that time on he was on fire. He gave no chance to Filip. My impression is that he improved his bh for a bit, while his fh is like some missile on the fast surface like this one. Still,he have to do much better against Tsitsipas.
  15. Very brave thinking considering that he should have lost to Krajinovic last night. Somehow he slipped trough. And who said there is no spectators in stadium? There was one to watch this particular match
  16. Just a couple of notes from my side: - The surface seems extremely fast and it will be faster as the tournament progresses, the bounce of the ball is low, which the tournament in Lexington has already indicated, and it fits into the trend. - it was a very warm and steamy late summer day in NYC - the corona rules work, there were almost no problems - Krajinovic struggled a lot against Caruso,if he continues with such a game,Thiem will destroy him in next round
  17. Thank you for the effort @StevieDay1983 but this standigs are wrong,i think. AC Milan and Atalanta both have collected 30 points after the break, but Atalanta played one match more (13) than AC Milan (12). No other team have collected more points. It's not that it's matters,it's only for my statitics..
  18. Where can i find Serie A post-corona break standings? But only after Serie A resumed? Is there any? @StevieDay1983,someone else?
  19. Can you copy a link to the entire article @CzechPunter?
