  1. Re: RussP's Specialisation - Big Field Handicaps (Flat) best of luck russ:ok had a word for this at beverley in the summer after my mate worked at the guy who part owns its house. been drifting around the same mark after a couple of runs that have flattered to deceive. i reckon the key today is the useful claimer booked. after the race at beverley(16/1 into 11/1), there has been money for this 7 times out of 10 on the opening show! hope today is the day:hope

  2. Re: Sandown 13th February 1405 Juvenile Novice Hurdle took some 100/1 e/w about border owl in the opener. backed this gelding for places at big prices when with richard hannon last summer, and looks a game genuine sort, who if took to hurdling could sneak a place. still some 66/1 available with sportingbet:ok i have backed worse 66/1 shots:loon will go off shorter

  4. Re: Kempton 18/1 1720 1m4f apprentice race i have already backed prince of medina at 7/1 for this race, but i have just noticed the money coming for sue princesse trained in county cork...... no run for 679 days, never been on all weather, could be a significant move and i am watching with interest. fits the profile of a nice little touch, i have been in on a few and this is ticking all the right boxes, and i have seen similar stuff from the ronnie o'leary yard. see how it goes but the 14/1 skybet is a brave price, i reckon this will get hammered but could be wrong. small saver bet for me at those odds....

  5. Re: Kempton 18/1 1720 amateur riders handicap 1m4f Prince Of Medina 7/1 SportingBet, Blue Square, Skybet Poor race to finish the day, when i first looked at the race i was wanting to back ba dreamflight as trainer/jockey do ok in these events, and hughie morrison is in great form. i looked at ba dreamflights record at kempton....13/13,12/14 and 9/9, different races granted, but not very inspiring for the fav in a few places. shinken otto i reckon is sure to be placed, but i like the quickly turned out prince of medina trained by jim best. back at kempton via a decent effort over further at great leighs on thursday, the gelding has a more inspiring record here reading...2/9,3/12,4/9,5/10,2/14. never won here, but gone close. should be staying on in the latter stages of the race so the draw should be no problem over this distance. hope the claimer stays not too far from the pace, and we should see a big run from the fraam gelding. there was money for this last time at this track, and have a feeling the 7's will be shorter come the race... Win Bet

  7. bit of a longshot today hoping for a place at a massive price.... 14.40 Terrible Tenant 50/1 sportingBet, StanJames E/W not reported in the form on sportinglife or racingpost, lost a shoe lto on comeback run after a year off. has some good form at wincanton, having a cd and sh 2nd here previously. claimer up taking 7lbs off today running off 95(cd off 102). up in class today, and the ground may be slower than ideal, but at the price it is worth a small each way bet.

  8. Re: BHA : Why they ran badly? Good Database

Lady Bahia a non-runner? Gutted. Wow great prices for all 4 of them, might be worth a small stake each way lucky 15, will wait and see the opposition in each race before I make any decisions, good that they are all in different races as well.
aye nice profit after day 1, and a free bet for friday. looks like there is a bit of a gamble on star choice as well. took 34.0 on betfair earlier now into 7.6!!! may be bet365 pricing it up at 8's that has caused the shift in price. done some singles and a quid lucky15!!!

  10. Re: BHA : Why they ran badly? Good Database

There's one running tomorrow in the big race at GL..........Come Back. I've been looking at this race for BBotD and had written off Come Back because it was beaten 10L at Southwell yesterday.......... Trainer says it was unsuited by the slow ground on the track........ Should be OK at GL then !
could be interesting at 12/1 early trotter:hope
  11. Re: BHA : Why they ran badly? Good Database just for fun lets see how the horses on the list go next time out. list as follows...... amazing blue sky bidable city for conquest dabaratsa desert opal(dec thurs) duke of milan faintly hopeful(dec fri) flawless diamond godfrey street(dec thurs) grande monsieur haasem harvest queen holdem imaginary diva lady bahia(dec fri) liberty valance l'homme du nuit maryolini pams oak punching star choice(dec fri) tabulate(dec fri) terrible tenant thaumatology 4 declared friday 4 different races!!! lucky 15 time lol;)

  12. Re: BHA : Why they ran badly? Good Database i noticed that one stusimmy lady bahia i mean(saddle slipped).. i went through all of decembers earlier looking for mainly denied a clear runs or unsuited by ground. pretty long drawn out process got a list of 15 horses after filtering out a few, will see how it go's. i was checking the new racing post website about a runner that reported a lost shoe lto...godfrey street 1.55 great leighs. it is in the spotlight but no mention on sportinglife. could be a real edge to be had if there is no mention on either site?
