1520 2m6f Nov hurdle Dark Gentleman E/W 25/1 SportingBet/27.0 win 7.8 place Betfair Been following this gelding since its bumper run at hexham, when it pulled clear from the field to finish a close second to subsequent 119 rated hurdle winner corkage. runs off 98 today with ryan mania taking another 3lbs off, so if he has schooled any better than his last 2 runs over hurdles(ur and pu), then could be the value in the race. bits and pieces of money about last few runs indicating some stable confidence, i think sportingbet are too big at 25's.
badly hampered when ballymacduff fell he ended up running straight thru him:wall

  3. Re: Kempton - 18th Oct 435 Red Moloney 7/4 sportingbet Win classy on the flat, carried my money for the supreme novices last year, but was a bit novicey that day!! big drive south today from co durham, looks a great bet at 7/4. looks like howard johnsons one for the big handicap hurdle races this year. juicy price will be shorter come the off. still only a 5yo, i think he is more like a 150 rated animal, rather than the 140 today.

  4. Re: Southwell - 18th October - AW posted this up when molly two won 1st time out at nottingham earlier this year.... alright lads, been away for a bit:ok glad to be back was missing the place. now do with this info what you wish, but i have been told that molly two is expected to go well in the 6.05 race over 5f.;) im not steaming into it, but had a little bit on betfair, and will be out all day tmw so posting it up tonite. might be worth a couple of quid as the racingpost forecast price is 25/1! best of luck jockey that day was paul hanagan, he is back on today and i know the trainer thinks a lot of this horse. the key is she needs a soft lead, and needs to dictate from the front. if she can ping the stalls i will be on betfair in running, as she is now down to a winning mark. absolutely clobbered by the handicapper after winning the nottingham race up a massive 10lbs after a pillar to post win, the mark has now dropped below the 54 she was that day, i reckon the cheekpieces have been saved for this occasion. the all weather surface should be ok, as a lot of the malton based trainers spin there horses up and down richard faheys all weather gallops, so must have shown some ability to get the southwell chance. i cant ignore the 22/1 best odds stanjames price, not bothering each way, it will be all or nothing with this horse. heres hoping for all:hope 350 5f h'cap molly two 22/1 BOG stanjames WIN

Re: Bangor 10th October 1705 Mares Class 5 NHF 2m1f carrifran e/w 14/1 sportingbet/boylesport 19.0 betfair i must say i like the look of the yorkshire trained filly from malcolm jeffersons shrewd yard. flat bred, sire is definite article who produces speedy stayers, that do well in the nhf sphere. stable about to hit full swing so expecting a big run.

  6. Re: York - Saturday 10th October 1730 class 4 12f Handicap My Arch 20/1-25/1 fc 65.0 betfair!!(currently) ex kevin ryan inmate back on the flat after a sucessful stint over hurdles. now with ollie pears, a great jockey in his day, and one of the most promising new trainers up north, this lad knows how to 'get one ready'. pretty sure this will be fit, and looking to take advantage of a good mark today, with a useful 5lb claimer on to make sure. does his best racing when kept prominent which helps at york, been running in better company than this so many positives for a big run. if the money comes for this, then that will further endorse its chances, as the stable know the time of day. too big at 65.0 on betfair.

  7. Re: Carlisle (9th Oct 09)

17.25 Countryside Family Day Here 1st November Standard Open NH Flat There has been a lot of money around this morning for this Dontgiveamonkeys who traded at 33/1 last night and has been backed in to around 6/1 with 8.4 on Betfair. I cannot have this gamble at all but might be worth a place with the trainer only having one career win which was a chase at Sedgefield and has had two placed runners on the NH Flat circuit. But what stands out here is Howard Johnson's SOUTH LEINSTER. The trainer has had a treble on the card today and by Chevalier out of Easy to Please the conditions should suit here and can make a pleasing debut.
dontgiveamonkeys trainer had 2 nhf flat wins in 2008 with doeslessthanme at donny and first time out at musselburgh;) backed it both times.
  8. Re: Kelso Sunday 4th October

Ey up lads, picked up a bit of a word on one at kelso this afternoon... stellino 1710 20/1 sportingbet/laddies fit and ready for a big run at a sporting each way price according to my mucker from up north. best of luck if you have a few quid on, i have;)

  9. my mate has been on the phone telling me about this horse running in the swedish trotting oaks today. he was working at this guys house down south on friday, and the guy owned this horse called zilan boko. he said he was extremely bullish about the horses chances, so after trawling a few odds sites i have found the market for it and it is an 11/2 shot! i will bet on anything so have chucked a tenner on at unibet! lets see what happens
