    Re: Team Tartan Messageboard 3rd in mine. I was sitting quite happily in chip lead folding away my poor hands not realising how big the blinds had got. Before I knew it I was bottom and having to go all in. Those blinds really seem to gather momentum. I think it's every x hands rather than a time limit so lots of folds and up they jump. I will watch that next time.

    Re: Team Tartan Messageboard Taking this very seriously team. I had never played an STT before so been getting practice in. Bubbled 4 times on 10 player tables. Hmmm. Better try the 5 players ones. Played 2 last night and WON both. $14 up. Might have found my niche here! :dude

    Shit just played a 5 seater on Crazy Poker' date=' hadn't a bloody clue what was going on:rollin , couldn't see how much people were raising and it was a turbo:loon, was blinded out before i knew where I was, need a LOT of practice on this site before Tues!!!!![/quote'] I found it really difficult to work out the chip counts too on my first few times on Dream, then someone pointed out that if you hover your mouse over the chips in front of each player it will tell you the amount. What a revelation :loon - I'd been trying to count how many chips in the piles! :lol However, I do find I tend to follow the betting from the chat box. Hope this helps anyway Dan Dan.

    Re: team poker? Never played this type of sit and go table before. Am I correct in thinking that the game starts as soon as number 5 player sits down, but will not start until then unless started manually? If so, would it be a good idea for everyone but the person who set up the table to sit down as soon as they get the password etc. Then at 9.00 on Tues the table owner sits down to start the game. That way we know that everyone has been contacted and can access - all tables will show 4/5 and the names registered can be checked off by captains/table owners etc. Only thing then is for everyone to remember to log in on Tues.:ok Is there a flaw in this? :unsure

But inspired by wise words I played alot more aggressively - and had a lot more fun - but out in 5th, called the all in with KK; his TT caught T on the flop then AA for his full house. Still, it's cheaper than a bad day at the races.

I've bubbled out in 4th 3 times so far (short-stacked), so went to read Doob's old 'help I'm bubbling' thread for some tips - didn't see this technique mentioned on there!! Off to try it :lol .....
