  1. Only Watford let down the 1-X-2 system over the weekend. 34 bets.... ROI  +25%

As for the correct scores..... the losing run extends to TEN :\  20% of the way to Torque's estimated 50 bet losing run (see post dated 14/12/17). So, 34 bets..... ROI  +16%

It looks as though BBC is not going to publish SAM's predictions for tomorrow's Everton game - so, the next round is Xmas eve.

I am going to the South America for Xmas and New Year - so, I may not be able to keep up with the system.

I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a happy and profitable 2018 :ok :cheers

  2. In other words, this has got absolutely nothing to do with the probability predictions of SAM (Sports Analytics Machine).

You are merely making a "intelligent guess" based on previous results. Not exactly a "system" is it, Justanotherpunter?

Perhaps you should change the thread title, and transfer it to the Glory Hunters forum (if it still exists).

  3. First of all, I have absolutely no problem with you "plagiarising" my thread title :lol

Until now, I didn't realise that BBC published SAM predictions for the Championship. However, I do wonder where you get the correct score predictions. For the EPL, the SAM predictions for 1-X-2 and correct score are given on the individual match analysis pages e.g. for the Leicester - Palace game......

But for Championship games, BBC only appear to quote the 1-X-2 probability, e.g. for today's Birmingham - QPR game.....

    Anyway, good luck :hope

    Understood.

I'm toying with it, albeit tiny stakes (1 or 2£)

    You have been warned :loon

But, if you are going to go for it, I suggest you bet on the 1-X-2. Although SAM uses unknown algorithms to predict "correct scores", they are still an absolute lottery - OK, it's providing a good ROI at the moment, but with odds of 7.0 - 8.0, there could be very L - O - N - G losing streaks :\

Sam has made predictions for tonight

You were right, Curly One - but, unfortunately, I was travelling and missed them :\

Hi, Justanotherpunter - you can find the predictions at the bottom of each analysis page on BBC Sport, e.g. for tomorrow's Newcastle v Everton game, the link is http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/42247118

1-X-2 selections for Wednesday evening are few - but they do include the first "X" selection. :hope

So heres the scores from Sat/Sun .......with a wee bit of a post mortem on the losers...

    EVERTON - 2-0

FULHAM - 3-1    No doubt looking at the stats that the red card on the 53rd min cost Fulham the oppotunity of a 2nd , 9 shots on target in the first half with 6 shots turned into 2 shots , none on target in the 2nd half.

RB LEIPZIG - 4-0    Both sides have midweek Euro fixtures and possibly affected Leipzig rather than the Hoff..!!

LEVERKUSEN - 1-1   Yet another red card [41st min] and some impressive goalkeeping stats cost us .

TORINO - 1-1   appears to have a tight game , no excuses.

    WOLFSBURG - 3-0

VALENCIA - 1-0   Red card for Getafe in the first half on top of 7 other yellows  and possestion stats of 32%/68%  suggest this was possibly a robust defensive display from the home side !!!!

Nice analysis, JTW. Just shows that unforeseeable external influences (especially red cards) can undermine the best systems :@
