  1. Re: Dodging the quad zero, +72%, 19 bets left I have been playing around with the mathematics of this system off-forum, and have come up with the following, based on HLV's current strike-rate (used 90% chance of winning a recovery bet):

    • 63-66% chance of reaching £100 (doubling-up from starting bank)
    • Average maximum bankroll, before acheiving 0:0 0:0 = £4,286

This is just a small summary, based on tens of thousands of Monte-Carlo runs of HLV's strategy, using random numbers to generate whether a bet is a winner or not. MT :ok

  2. Re: Dodging the quad zero, +66%, 24 bets left As discussed off-forum, I believe this to be one of the (if not 'the') lowest-risk GH's on PL. I think there is to be great rewards in this, providing you have the patience, and also to bank at least the original bankroll at some point along the way. Maybe it can be tweaked in some way, but I've yet to find out how! I say keep at it mate - doing really well :)

  3. Re: Hoopy's +1 goals £100 to £1000 I agree fully with HLV, that you are charged comision on winning bets, be they BACKs or LAYS. Maybe something you will find of use to know, as very often the LAY of 0:0 will equate to better odds than if you were to BACK the 1+ Goals market. MT :ok

  4. Re: Greyhound laying system I remember creating a spreadsheet too, which 'theoretically' picked the likely and unlikely dogs in each race. Maybe it's worth digging it out sometime and expanding on the idea, or at least backtesting it over a handful (or two) of past results. :) MT :ok
