Some selections for today:
14:05L: Corvair (NAP) - Good AW horse and trainer does well here.
15:35N: Stradivarius -Gosden/Frankie excellent combo. Worth a bet and should be a great race.
15:50L: Imperium - Trainer does well in Lingfield Handicaps especially when Favourite.
If any of these drift to more than 6.0 on Betfair I will not be backing them.Coronation Cup should be a great race and looking forward to it (Moore/Frankie/Buick all riding!)

Nobody in their right minds would watch ITV4.
Sometimes I stream it when its a big meeting but that's it... BF is all you need really.
-
I only read the RP for trainer comments. Very useful and most trainers talk to them despite ignoring punters .
You won't get value out of their selections they just tip the obvious and everyone reads iit so you wont get a good price.

Have done a Godolphin double at Newmarket. Appelby says in the Racing Post that the colts are further ahead than the Fillies so i'm doing the colts:
2:25 Magical Land
3:00 Creative Force
Win Double 7/1 ish
Only a small stake. I don't usually bet in these races but Godolphin have an amazing record here.
Here are my selections for Nrewcastle:
I won't back them if they drift >6.0 on Betfair...
1:00N: Idoapologise - Trainer Bethell shows a profit at the course
15:55N: Malotru - the class horse in the race for Marco Botti
17:40N Nataleena (NAP) - Course specialist in a very poor race. Should go very close .
Best of luck all!

No worries mate. I'll just post my selections and thoughts if that's ok?

Had the idea of doing a multiple bet with the Godolphin 2yo's at Newmarket tomorrow. There's at least two I think would work in a double.
Don't see many good bets otherwise...
Will let you all know tomorrow !
-
Narak looks good mate.. drifted to a decent price.
If i'm winning today i'll deffo be with you !
-
2:30Y: Dutch Story Course and distance winner with jockey Havlin booked who has a good record at the track.
3:55K: Nazeef - Class filly and Godsen in great form!
4:15Y: City Wanderer - Decent horse and De Sousa jockey booking is a big positive.
4:30K Highfaluting (NAP) - trainers record at course is excellent and an interesting jockey change.
I won't be backing any of these if the drift >6.0 (unlikely I think)
NO LINKS ALLOWED

2:30N: Mubakker

I think both will go to the Fav so the ratings look about right.
i'll probably back Quadrilateral with profits from my Raffle Prize trade. Free bet!

UPDATE
Dettori also confirmed he will partner the Mark Johnston-trained Raffle Prize in the Qipco 1,000 Guineas (3.35) the following day. She can be backed at 16-1.
The daughter of Slade Power won three of her six starts last season, including the Group 2 Queen Mary Stakes, and is among 17 entries.
Quadrilateral heads the market at 5-2 for trainer Roger Charlton. She enjoyed an unbeaten juvenile season, which included a narrow victory over Powerful Breeze in the Group 1 Fillies' Mile at Newmarket.
1,000 Guineas nominations: Boomer, Cloak Of Spirits, Final Song, Graceful Magic, Les Hogues, Love, Millisle, Peaceful, Quadrilateral, Raffle Prize, Romsey, Rose Of Kildare, Shimmering, So Wonderful, Summer Romance, Under The Stars, Yes Always

Now 14/1
That 28/1 I got looks OK!

OMG so many maidens
My advice is to put a line through those races and concentrate on the handicappers!
-
Kempton tomorrow Billy.
It doesn't get any easier does it !!
I see Frankie is there. He is awesome on the All Weather so look out for him.
-
Tough to find winners today. Got out of rouble with the Stoute runner to finish +2pts up after commission.
-
The market in the 2:10 is a bit of a rollercoaster.
2 new comers being backed. If Bonds Boy stays at least 3rd in the market then i'll back it... could be a silly price this!
-
Not looking good for Bond's Boy. Drifted to 6.4 on BF. i'll swerve it unless it gets backed nearer the off
-
2:10N: Bond's Boy
Fahey one of the leading trainers at the track and this must be his best chance of winner. Ideally I don't want to see this drifting on Betfair above 6.0 as that would be a bad sign.
4:30N: Be Proud
Trainer Jim Goldie has stated he thinks he's well handicapped. Tudhope booking a real positive because he has impressive stats at Newcastle.
5:05N Alignak
Sir Michael Stoute has an amazing record at Newcastle (30 odd % strike rate). Murphy booked which is a positive. Timeform says:' open to further progress.''
Good luck everyone!

Timeform is FREE for the week. Normally costs £70/month so take advantage!
Requires registration..

I like the jockey too. The only downside is that it’s record fresh isn’t very good if I remember right.
Jim Goldie thinks he has improved and is well handicapped:
QuoteBe Proud
'He's fine after a busy all-weather season. I gave him a break towards the end of the winter and he's a quite useful sprinter. He ran some good races at Newcastle, he handled the Tapeta there really well. I think he's pretty well handicapped as he's improved.'
He finished 2nd off 67 over 6f last time at Newcastle with a jockey i've never heard of so with Tudhope booked you would think this ready to do the business. I think anything like 4/1 is great value!
i'll probably back it...
-
Be Proud looks good to me. I like the jockey in particular.
-
Bonds Boy looks a stand out .Fahey's best chance I think/ We'll see if its fancied.
Stoute looks to have the Fav in a 4yo Handicap. Has to be respected. Need to wait to see the market tomorrow morning!
