I mentioned in another thread how the PL Tips perform at each racecourse, I wasn't sure how I could use these stats but one thing it did do was show how well the ratings performed on AW tracks.
Its probably not too surprising that the AW tracks are the most consistent by the very nature of the surface being so similar at each meeting, the size of fields are pretty similar and the same horses often run against each other quite a lot.
These are the figures for each AW track for a full 12 months. £20 Stakes (£10 EW if over 8/1)
I haven't had the time or the inclination to sort out the separate figures when these tracks hold NH racing, but i'm guessing the AW races would still be in front.

As its the start of a new month i'd thought i'd track the selections throughout October on the various AW tracks

Selections will be calculated to a £1 stake (EW if 8/1 or over) and to save any wise owl saying they cant get the prices I will run this test to SP only, cant say fairer than that.

Going against the favourite Her Terms (not convinced about the soft) here with the very consistent filly Bellevarde. She has won on the ground at Chepstow and was also a good second at Newbury in the soft. Last time out here she was second here over C/D in a  Class 4 handicap, this a grade lower and will be very hard to beat.

It is Nutini 8/1

Interesting reading:
All of the AW tracks are showing a decent profit, the out and out AW courses that include, Dundalk, Chelmsford and Wolverhampton are doing well>
Kempton, Southwell, Lingfield and Newcastle obviously include NH races as well as the AW.
I have absolutely no idea why some tracks should be better than others, why Redcar is +1,300 and Notts is -700 is a mystery to me.
 

Not the best of months in the end although at one stage it was looking very rosy, anyway just scraped a profit which is what counts.
I always think the end of the flat and the start of the jumps is a tricky period, the ground is very poor everywhere too.
I would stick to the AW!!

Yarmouth put on a decent race here for fillies and Jessica Harrington has taken the hint to send one over. Irish raider Beautiful Morning looks a good bet to take home the cash judged on her second at the Curragh last time out.
Prior to that she was only beaten a length and a half in Group 3 company and has come here for an easier assignment.

Rather than carry over today's win to Friday ....I really fancied Dakota gold to win the bronze cup Friday ...so running in this much weaker race he looks a suitable bet to double up with ...Gracious John could be a danger andnhas the decent 7lb claimer to help so could run well but I'd expect a big run from Dakota gold here with perfect conditions

Kynren cruised to victory last time and with perfect conditions and potential to improve he is gojng to be hard to pin back ...only horse that could threaten isnpoets beauty but hes been off for 400 days so no telling what state hes going to be in but definately capable if fully wound .....trying to get some stake money for some decent bets in the Ayr cups later in the week and try and win some decent amounts so doublin my usual bets and carrying over any winners starting with bronze cup Friday

Poor days racing with only 2 meetings at Bath and Ffos Las, its hard to get any enthusiasm about any runners but the Nap goes to Fastnet Spin in the 330 at Ffos Las.

As usual the ground will be testing at Ffos Las so the first ingredient we need is a proven mud lover. The selection has won on Soft, been placed on Heavy and has gone well here at the track so ticks a lot of boxes for me already. She has been in decent form lately and is only a pound higher than her last win, although that was some time ago. The yard are going well and often have a winner or two here and the booking of Fran Berry will do for me.

Close at the top but with o brien record and ryan moore the 4/1 with 888 looks a good bet ....Defoe could improve again but has had a hard few races ...I think Venice beach is a danger as he has equal form to Capri but has also had a long season so it's the Ryan moore factor for me

The Balding yard does well at Chester and look to have found a very good opportunity for Duretto to get back on the winning trail. He ended last season with a victory at Newbury (Group 3) and started this term with a third in the Ormonde Stakes here, back in May. He's been off since but looks pretty solid to me and this will tee him up nicely for an Autumn campaign.

Been improving all season and won here back in June so likes this track. He goes on the ground and last time out at York proved he stayed this trip with a fine run to be 4th to Secret Advisor in the Melrose handicap. Receives weight all round being a 3yo and should be good enough to gain his third career victory.

This looks to be between Maulesden May and the early favourite Fire Leopard. I like the Keith Dalgleish filly as she can go on the surface and is in terrific form at the minute. She goes up in trip but has ran well over 12f here before and should take some stopping.

We will be running our last Tipsters Comp of the year at Doncaster this week
It will begin on Wednesday and last for four days

In great form this season winning twice and being second in his other two starts. Has won here at York and also in this type of ground so its just a question of whether he can win off a career high mark of 97. 
We have three last time out winners in the line up but they all need to improve now and the selection is the one proven in this grade, he looks pretty solid to me.
