Winners at prices;: A mechanical method of betting horses, with sidelights on general handicapping by Robert Saunders Dowst. My grandad mentioned it to me the other week and said that it was a revolutionary book when it was first published. I've looked on line but cannot find a copy only reference to it on various sites.
