Place Betting

Is there anyone out there who has a decent place betting system? I've been trying to formulize a system for years only having success for a week or 2 and then getting greedy and sticking the lot on a losing place bet. I mostly bet place on Betfair these days sometimes on the tote if i'm away from the computer. The problem with the tote is the £1.10 dividends and the recent introduction of the £1.02. Anyone any place betting tips they want to share ?

Re: Place Betting There are an awful lot of really good priced placed horses on my system - two came in at 33/1 yesterday, alone. I'm just doing it for the win, but you could perhaps do some analysis and decode it to maximise place win?
